We reserve the right to adjust our subscription structures and pricing at any time based on product development. New pricing will only apply to subsequent purchases or renewals.
To ensure our Service perfectly meets your expectations, SessionPod provides a fully functional Free Tier for your thorough evaluation and experience prior to upgrading. The Free Tier offers identical core features to the paid plans, differing only in usage quotas or resource capacities.
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases. Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Refunds may be processed by our authorized payment provider, such as Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded product or subscription may be terminated.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly (for example, due to duplicate charges or a billing error), please contact our support team as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

The SessionPod software, website, trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, documentation, and all related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the Software will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with all your specific requirements.
We shall not be held liable for any data loss, service degradation, or damages resulting from your own operations, third-party services, network failures, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For data safety, you are strongly advised to back up your data regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by you to SessionPod in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the dispute.
You may discontinue using the Software at any time.
If you breach these Terms or any applicable laws, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service instantly without prior notice.
Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time to reflect product updates, regulatory changes, or business adjustments.
The updated version will be published on our official website and shall become effective on the date of publication.
Your continued use of the Software after any changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
The validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Hong Kong. Both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
